The laughter workshops have been platformed on Radio Scotland, Radio Clyde and featured on the STV 5.30 show: http://video.stv.tv/bc/search/Laughter+therapy

Laughter workshops are based the scientific fact that your body can’t tell the difference between ‘real’ and ‘fake’ laughter. Using simple, tension-releasing exercises based on mime and play the laughter soon taps into natural laughter. A laughter workshop is a cathartic experience.   Using only laughter to communicate collegues, strangers or friends feel elated,de-stressed and energized. At the end of the session a remarkable bond is created.

A  physical  refreshing, upbeat and energising session including relaxation.

Normally 15-25 people take part of all ages.
It has the maximum affect on participants.
It really isn’t like anything else available.

This monthly workshop is an innovative way
·         to shake off the week and kick start the weekend
·         to meet new people
·         to have a fabulous laugh with your friends
·         to see your collegues in a different light
·         to  alleviate depression or  physical pain for an hour
·         to discover new techniques for work,
